How to delete your account from Zenly

Before you proceed, ensure you have the latest version of the Zenly app installed on your mobile device and that you are logged into your account.

Steps to delete your account

1. Open the Zenly app on your mobile device.
2. Tap on your profile picture in the top left corner to access your profile.
3. Tap on the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner to open the settings menu.
4. Scroll down and tap on "Account".
5. Tap on "Delete my account" at the bottom of the screen.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion of your account.

Notes

• Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be erased.
• If you encounter any issues or do not have access to your account, you can contact Zenly support at [email protected] for assistance.
• Make sure to back up any important data before proceeding, as it will be lost after the account deletion.
