How to delete your account from Uber

Before you proceed, ensure you have access to your Uber account and any necessary information such as your email address and password.

Steps to delete your account

1. Login to your Uber account:

   • Open your web browser and go to Uber's website.
   • Click on the "Sign In" button at the top right corner and enter your login credentials.

2. Navigate to the Account Deletion Page:

   • Once logged in, go to the Account Deletion Page.

3. Follow the prompts:

   • You will be asked to confirm your decision to delete your account. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed.
   • Uber may ask you to verify your identity by entering a verification code sent to your registered email or phone number.

4. Confirm Deletion:

   • After verifying your identity, confirm that you want to delete your account. Uber will then deactivate your account for 30 days.
   • If you do not log back in within those 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Notes

• If you have any outstanding payments or issues with your account, you may need to resolve them before you can delete your account.
• Deleting your Uber account will also delete your Uber Eats account if you use the same login credentials for both services.
