How to delete your account from Trello

General Prerequisites

• Ensure you are logged into your Trello account.
• Make sure you have access to the email associated with your Trello account.

Helpful Information

• Deleting your Trello account will also delete your Atlassian account, as Trello is a part of the Atlassian suite of products.
• If you are the only admin of any boards, consider transferring admin rights to another user before deleting your account.

Steps to delete your account

1. Login to your Trello account:

   • Go to Trello and log in with your credentials.

2. Access your account settings:

   • Click on your profile avatar in the top right corner.
   • Select "Profile and Visibility" from the dropdown menu.

3. Navigate to Atlassian account settings:

   • Scroll down and click on "Manage Account" under the "Account" section. This will redirect you to your Atlassian account settings.

4. Delete your Atlassian account:

   • In the Atlassian account settings, go to the "Account preferences" tab.
   • Scroll down to the "Delete your account" section.
   • Click on the "Delete account" button.

5. Confirm deletion:

   • Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion of your account. You may be asked to enter your password and confirm via email.

Notes

• Once your account is deleted, all your boards, cards, and data associated with Trello will be permanently removed.
• If you encounter any issues or do not have access to your account, you can contact Trello support at Trello Support for assistance.
• Deleting your Trello account will also affect other Atlassian services you may be using with the same account.
