How to delete your account from Naturabuy

General Prerequisites

• Ensure you have access to your Naturabuy account.
• Make sure you have no ongoing transactions or unresolved issues.

Steps to delete your account

1. Login to your account:

   • Visit Naturabuy and log in using your credentials.

2. Navigate to your account settings:

   • Click on your username or profile icon located at the top right corner of the page.
   • From the dropdown menu, select "Mon compte" (My Account).

3. Access the account deletion option:

   • In the account settings menu, look for the "Paramètres du compte" (Account Settings) section.
   • Scroll down to find the "Supprimer mon compte" (Delete my account) option.

4. Confirm account deletion:

   • Click on the "Supprimer mon compte" link.
   • You may be prompted to enter your password again for security reasons.
   • Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion of your account.
