How to delete your account from Komoot
Before proceeding, ensure you are logged into your Komoot account.
Steps to delete your account
- Login to your account: Visit Komoot and log in with your credentials.
- Access Account Settings:
- Click on your profile picture or initials in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to Account Management:
- In the settings menu, click on the "Account" tab.
- Delete Account:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the "Account" section.
- Click on the "Delete your account" link.
- Confirm Deletion:
- A confirmation dialog will appear. Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion of your account.
Notes
- Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including routes, activities, and personal information, will be permanently removed.
