How to delete your account from Freelancer.com

General Prerequisites

• Ensure you are logged into your Freelancer.com account.
• Make sure you have no outstanding payments or active projects.

Steps to delete your account

1. Login to your account:

   • Go to Freelancer.com and log in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to Account Settings:

   • Click on your profile picture or avatar located at the top right corner of the page.
   • From the dropdown menu, select "Settings."

3. Access the Account Tab:

   • In the Settings page, click on the "Account" tab on the left-hand side.

4. Delete Account:

   • Scroll down to the bottom of the Account tab.
   • You will see an option labeled "Delete Account."
   • Click on the "Delete Account" link.

5. Confirm Deletion:

   • A confirmation dialog will appear. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion of your account.

• Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, projects, and transactions will be lost.
