How to delete your account from Freelancer.com
General Prerequisites
- Ensure you are logged into your Freelancer.com account.
- Make sure you have no outstanding payments or active projects.
Steps to delete your account

Login to your account:
- Go to Freelancer.com and log in with your credentials.

Navigate to Account Settings:
- Click on your profile picture or avatar located at the top right corner of the page.
- From the dropdown menu, select "Settings."

Access the Account Tab:
- In the Settings page, click on the "Account" tab on the left-hand side.

Delete Account:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Account tab.
- You will see an option labeled "Delete Account."
- Click on the "Delete Account" link.

Confirm Deletion:
- A confirmation dialog will appear. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion of your account.

- If you have any issues or cannot access your account, you can contact Freelancer.com support at [email protected] for assistance.
- Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, projects, and transactions will be lost.
- Ensure you have resolved any ongoing projects and withdrawn any remaining funds before proceeding with the deletion.
