How to delete your account from Fam

General Prerequisites

• Ensure you are logged into your Fam account.
• Make sure you have access to the email associated with your Fam account.

Steps to delete your account

1. Open the Fam app on your mobile device or go to the Fam website (https://fam.com).
2. Log in to your account using your credentials.
3. Navigate to the account settings:
   • On the mobile app: Tap on your profile icon in the bottom right corner, then tap on the gear icon (settings) in the top right corner.
   • On the website: Click on your profile picture in the top right corner, then select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page.
5. Look for an option that says "Delete Account" or "Remove Account."
6. Click on the "Delete Account" option.
7. You may be prompted to confirm your decision. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion of your account.
8. You might receive a confirmation email. Open the email and follow any additional instructions to finalize the deletion process.

Notes

• Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data associated with the account will be lost.
