How to delete your account from Care2

General Prerequisites

• Ensure you are logged into your Care2 account.
• Have access to the email associated with your Care2 account.

Steps to delete your account

1. Login to your account:

   • Go to Care2 and log in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to Account Settings:

   • Click on your profile picture or username at the top right corner of the page.
   • Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.

3. Locate the Account Deletion Option:

   • Scroll down to the bottom of the Account Settings page.
   • Look for the "Delete Account" or "Close Account" option.

4. Initiate the Deletion Process:

   • Click on the "Delete Account" or "Close Account" link.
   • You may be prompted to confirm your decision. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

5. Confirm Deletion via Email:

   • Check your email for a confirmation message from Care2.
   • Follow the instructions in the email to finalize the deletion of your account.

• Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data and contributions will be removed from the platform.
