How to delete your account from Bitmoji

- Ensure you are logged into your Bitmoji account.
- Make sure you have access to the email associated with your Bitmoji account.
Steps to delete your account
If you are using the Bitmoji mobile app:
- Open the Bitmoji app on your mobile device.
- Tap on the gear icon in the top-right corner to open the settings menu.
- Scroll down and tap on "My Data."
- Tap on "Delete Account."
- Confirm the deletion by following the on-screen instructions.
If you are using Bitmoji through Snapchat:
- Open the Snapchat app on your mobile device.
- Tap on your profile icon in the top-left corner.
- Tap on the gear icon in the top-right corner to open the settings menu.
- Scroll down to the "Bitmoji" section and tap on it.
- Tap on "Unlink My Bitmoji."
- Confirm the unlinking by following the on-screen instructions.
Notes
- Deleting your Bitmoji account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your Bitmoji data will be lost.

- Unlinking your Bitmoji from Snapchat will not delete your Bitmoji account; it will only remove the connection between the two services. To fully delete your Bitmoji account, follow the steps in the Bitmoji app.
